Default help i have a drum problem !

hi! this is what is happening to me right now. When i go for a short drive ( 15 min of 60 mph) and stop, i ve noticed that my right rear brake ( drum) is extremely hot ( boilling ) while my left brake is almost cold. I dont know if its my drum itself, or a bad bearing, but it is kinda scary. And hot hot a drum is suppose to get in summer conditions ? i have an appointment on thursday to get it fixed, but i was wondering what you guys would think about it ! thx

One quick thing you can try, is to jack up the rear and spin the tire to see if maybe the shoes are dragging. If it's an LSD rear, you'll probably have to get both rears up to do the spinning.

just take the drum off and adjust it in so that the drum slightly moves on the pads.. not real tight.. you can use a flathead to adjust the little clip at the top... dont pay somone 100$ to do a 5 sec job.

i just loosed them, and it really does the trick, no more vibration, and now the heat is not excessive at all and its equal between both drums
