Have a 01 Dakota Sport that the RS low beam is not working. Replaced bulb hoping that was the problem, no such luck.

Tested wires to L/S and R/S sockets found did not have 12V (8.79V) on R/S low beam, did have 12V for the high beam.

Anyone have this happen to them? Ideas without tearing apart all the wiring and dash?
