33x12.50/20 or 35x12.50/20 on the dakota?
if you go with that big of a rim you will hate yourself whenever you have to buy tires. a buddy of mine has 37x13.5r20 and his tires are $500 each. so go with a 16. but most dakotas that fit 35's would be for wheeling and therefore would have nothing bigger than a 16.
thanks for your input. ya it wouldn't be for major wheeling or anything, just daily driver. I just love the look of trucks with 20's and some good off road tires. but haven't seen any dakotas with 33's or 35's on 20" wheels. or on 20" wheels with any size tire unless its been lowered but im not into that.
ya im not into lowering either. i would go with the 33x12.50r20's the 35's would rub. i was talking to mu buddy and he said that the only way to get 35's on a dakota is to lift it about 8 inches. otherwise it would rub. you would only need a 3 inch body lift if you wanted to get 33's plus it would look sick like that. here is a dakota on 38's but it has a SAC but it looks sick with the 38's
