Hey, klings, you say you have a plug on the rear, is it the standard 4pin or something else. Since you have a plug there, I assume that you've used it just for trailer lights? Is the plug from a parts store, or OEM Mopar? Does your build sheet indicate that you have the towing pkg. with a brake controller or pre-installed wiring for a brake controller?
Anyway, you'll need an electronicbrake controller (sold at most parts stores, and even Wally World), most likely a 6pin round connector, (but then again, we don't know what plug is on the trailer you'll be pulling), and some 10ga. wire to run from the controller to the battery, and the plug in the back.
We need more input as to just exactly what you already have to work with.

Allright, so all i know is that I have a 4 pin in the back. There is a blue wire not connected to it, but i can see it is there for a different end if installed. I know i dont have a brake controller in the front... I am wondering where that blue wire runs too? My boat trailer is going to be a 5 pin rectangle! The only difference is, that the blue wire will be for one of the pins!

5 pin?

Sounds like you don't have the tow package installed from the factory. I did, and all I had to do was install the controller in the cab and buy the adapter harness that plugs into the wires under the dash. The hitch side already had a 7-round connector and was ready to go for trailer brakes.
