Default hesitates & bogs down @ times

Hey guys ive tried to research this before i posted didnt come up with much my truck an 02 3.9 once in awhile seems when it gets warmed up driveing for a few miles it will bog down when i stop at a light and try to go it acts like it flooded and almost dies rpm wont go past 2k then it gets past that and goes keeps it up for about 15min of driveing it back fires also. check enine light comes on stays on for a day then goes off i pulled the code its p0152. anyone out there had this situation? any input to this would be coo. thanx.

i dont know what the code is but you may need to change out the 02 sensor in the exhaust. also some trucks have 3 of them so you will know what one it is. next time it happens, try and find someone with a code reader or go to your local auto store and see if they can read it for you. i know out here in ct, autozone does it for free.

ur o2 is shorting out...that is a max voltage code

id change the o2 and check the plug for possible grounding out on the fram etc

I had a similar issue on a 98 3.9. Turned out to be the crankshaft timing sensor.

P0152 (M) 2/1 O2 Sensor Shorted To Voltage Oxygen sensor input voltage sustained above normal operating range.

bad sensor or cat.

I had the same code, it feels like the truck is going to die, you give it some gas and ti goes back to normal, at idle it dies somtimes, kinda feels like your getting water in your intake or somthing..

all i did was replace the o2 sensors (both) and it fixed my problem.
