Default my truck is sick help make it feel beter

i have a problem. i have this wierd ticking/knocking noise when i give it gas. it dosent do it when im just reving it only when im driving. also when im idleing the engin is making the truck shake alot and it never did that befor. i thought maby one of my spark pugs might have went out, so i changed and it did nothin. im thinking maby it could be a brokin motor mount? has any one had this problem or know whats going on? please help me? anyone?

Hey. i have a similar problem not sure how bad your knock is but i have teh same thing. ive read on here alot of people saying there trucks have alittle knockbut the vibration at idle definatly should be fixable. i have the same issue there too but havn't tackled it yet. gonna be changing wires/plugs/cap&rotor.
im going to assume your truck runes fine once u hit the gas which is what mine does. and then after 5 mins of driveing it actually smoothens out more at idle.
sorry no fix in my post but just say'n the knock is "normal" unless its not a faint knock. i can't even feel hear mine after 5 mins or so. just at cold start when i go.

I would change plug wires, cap/rotor and that should make a big difference.

a broken valve spring is alot worse then what your having. it would be ticking constantly.
