Default Adjusting Steering Rack

Hello. Wondering if anyone can tell me how to adjust my steering rack (97 Dodge Dakota).

I redid my front end (new ball joints, bushings, etc). When I was tightening down the tie rod end on the passenger side, the steering wheel was locked in place, but I pulled the worm gear outfurther on the passenger side, so now I have excessive toe out. I suppose I could adjust by the tie rods ends, but figure it would be better to fix the issue with the steering rack. How can I do this? I don't see any adjustment nuts.

Thanks.
