dose any one know id u can bore a 318 to a 360 some people say u can others say u cant. also any selling or know of a place i can get a 360 block

No, but you can stroke it and make it a 403! I could get you a rebuilt 5.9 shortblock for $2,000 but you probably want a performance one, right?
