Default Cruise control not holding decelerating

When i set my cruise at say 70mph after just a minute or two the speed will drop to about 65 and continue dropping indefinately until i disable it. The cruise control just wont hold its speed. About a month ago i changed the vehicle speed sensor (for abs light) and it didnt help. what else would cause this problem?

There will be vacuum lines from your throttle body. Make sure they are all secured.
