Didthey ever make a vehicle with the 4.7 that didnt come with a/c? my compressor's bearings are going out and its making a horible noise so i want to just reroute the belt until i get around to fixing it, i really dont want it to seize up on me.

any other ideas would be great

I had to bypass my A/C too. but the belt for a non a/c will not work. it will be too short. I had to go3 sizes up from a belt with non a/c. so your best bet is to take your truck to the store and keep changing them till you find one that fits. thats what I did.

 

taka piece of twine and wind it around with the exsisting belt on but skip the a/c...take it to ur ap store have them measure it this is what ive done on my vehicles
