Default lights out

Hi. I'm working on a 2001 Dakota 2x4 3.9L and the headlights are messed up. The dims and the fog lights work, but when you turn on the brights all of the lights turn off, even the interior lights. Does anybody have a wireing diagram that i could download and/or maybe know what is causing the problem? the dimmer switch is newer and all of the fuses look ok.

looking at the schematics for the headlight/ fog light circuit.. and then the one for the interior lights.. the only thing it looks like it can be is the 'central timer module' not s ure where its at.. but ALL of those lights run through that module.. i would put money on it if you replaced that.. it will fix it.. check the grounds on it first.. but it sounds to me like thats the culprit
