I just got a 2002 Dakota Quad cab 2wd 4.7 , the guy hadI got it from said it was lowered when he bought it.from what it looks like a 2/3 drop. rear springs are different than stock and hangers are the same. front coils look changed also.he said it was a 2/3 drop, anyways. i have a car that gets towed and i was thinking of adding air bags in the rear only to help pick the rear up level when the trailor is attached. Does anyone know a system that can be used for this? i was thinking of just raising the truck back to stock but I just dont' feel like hunting stock Coils/rear springs down and i like the way to truck looks lowered.

air ride sells a helper kit for towing that can be filled to compensate for the weight your pulling my dad had them on his indy ram

 

**** it you should just pre runner it. jk. ya i would go with the air ride kit. just make sure that you check your bags every once in a while so that you can see if the bags rae leaking

 

Just to say it, I am sure there a few out there that woudl trade parts with you to bring it back to stock
