Default Fan clutch question?

I wanted to make sure i could be on the right directioin here,
First thing when i start the truck it makes a roaring noise when you rev it up. Also makes an annoying squeeling noise. Now when it warms up it goes away.
Im thinking it is the fan clutch? Anything else anyone could think of?

The bearing in the center of the idler arm that tensions the serpintine drive belt is also prone to go bad...it is worth checking carefully before changing the clutch. The idler arm is located on the far passenger side of the engine front.

Thanks guys, It only does it till it warms up. then it quits. I gotta change that belt tensioner also cause the spring in it is rusty so i figure i would do them both as soon as i got a chance.
Thanks again
