If you're looking for another R/T, my dad has a 1999 R/T that looks just like yours...he's going to be selling within the next month or so. It has 28,000 miles on it. Three or four years ago, he bought it from his neighbor (retired mechanic) who bought it new in late '98. It's a very nice truck, my dad just doesn't need it...has three other cars. I could believe the taser thing. mebbe. Some cops do have issues with power and I could see one of em just going to town on a guy with a taser. tasers arn't supposed to be deadly because they use just a high amount of voltage and very low amperage which is supposed to be nonfatal. my guess tho that all added up yea it could kill someone. dunno if it did happen but mebbe it could.
