Default 95 2500 FRONT HUB BEARINGS

I recently bought a 1995 2500 V104wd with a plow cuz I was tired of having other people plow my driveway badly and charge me$30-$50for the privilege.I am going thru the mechanic of the truck getting ready for winter and notice there is a slight wobble to the front tires if you grip the top and bottom. The ball joints seem to be tight and it looks like its coming from the hubs. I am new to Dodges but from what I've read the bearing on this are sealed units with none of the traditional adjustment like with Fords with conical bearings....is this correct? If so is there anything to be done outside of replacing them? Thanks.
