i was wondering were i could get a lid to the floor console

 

The small piece in front of the 4x4 shifter??

 

in between the seats the big console my lid is broken i need a new one

 

Bone yard,.. And, just keep looking.
For '99 there are two types. One, just un-bolts from the two
floor bolts on the inner side of the seats.
The other, (same exact style) uses the bolts AND, rivots that holds it near the bolt-holes on the floor together with the seats.
