Default Putting it in park

For some reason on my 98 dak, everytime I'm driving then stop and put it in park, it acts like its going to quit...its acutally did quit one time.

Any idea what it is?

Something with the Torque Converter? Idle set wrong? IAC? something there I bet. Does it Act like it will quit than usally settle down or all the time and never stops?

Well the rpms get real low and then they just go back up to normal in like 5 seconds. But its only when I put it in park.

Hows your tranny Fluid look? Any vacum leaks? You will hear a seeping noise. One thing I would maybe try is, remove vacum from brake booster, (Keeps revs up watch them though. Start and put in drive then into park and see if the same thing happens. My guess it just something with the idle. Mine drops a bit when I put it into park. Mine doesn't even idle steady it jumps a bit up and down.
