Default power window

Does anyone know if the power window motor/regulator is the same for both the front and rear drivers side windowson the quad cab?

I have a 2002 QC and the drivers side power window regulator is toast. If they are interchangeable I can put off getting a new one for while.

Per Autozones parts look up they are different parts numbers. Sounds like the front and rear will not interchange.

I'll look at it but it mightbe the same issue as the front and rear. I believe there are 2 different P/N's as well. The actual motor is fine. Its the regulator that is messed up. I've tried replacing the cables but just can seem to get it right.
