Default Aftermarket bumper and Hella Lights

Well I recently got a pair of hella 550 lights I believe they come with all the wiring and switches etc... I was wondering If anyone knows of an after market bumper, as I also need a new one mine is dented and what not.

If not where should I mount there lights? I don't know where to put them. Also, If I get a regular bumper. Il be paying as much for the brackets are the whole bumper piece why is this? I want the new mounts.

i like the look of lights behind the grill but there really isn't a lot of space in there especially for some hella's. im hopin to get some aftermarket fogs and mount them behind the grill.

I just don't know how much it will shine etc... But I would feel safer with them behind the grill versus up front, don't want to be wrecking expensive lights! They will nice for winter driving now...

Well i have a set of hellas mounted on my stock bumber. After a little trial and error i ended up drilling a hole on the front of my bumper and puting them there. Ill try to post pics here soon for ya.

Oh and mine came with the hella plastic guards and they work out nice to keep them safe. Tho if you are using them on-road that isnt going to work is it

Well I had a quick look at the hood of the truck and I was thinking maybe mounting them upside down on the hood. They of course would be secure I wonder If I can, Or even on the grill bracket, Modifying it of course....

Well I looked into under the hood There isn't enough room. Either I guess drill into the bumper which I would prefer not to do. Or To Drill from the down side and but them about were the front licence plate would be...

How much do you think it would cost to get one custom made? Also do you have plans I could use or somewhere on the net. I would get a machine shop to quickly make one...

But they look pretty thick if you ask me... http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...ksid=p3907.m29

What size should I use to make a bull bar with if I get one made?
