Default Electrical problem - stumped! No park, dash, or fog lights

Hi all,
After taking my 03 Dakota club cab in to get detailed yesterday, I discovered an electrical problem. The fog lights, dash lights, and park lights do not work. The headlights are fine, as are the brake lights. The turn signals and the flashers also work. Tonight, I tried to figure out what was wrong. I checked the relays, which seem fine. I then pulled the dash apart and checked the headlight switch out - it checks out fine. I even went so far as to hotwire around the fog light relay in the PDC, to no avail. All the fuses check out good as well.

I am stumped, and before I take it in, thought I would see if anyone had another idea. The only thing I can think of that is common to all of this is the central timer module, but numerous other things that rely on the CTM still work (ie, courtsey lights.) Is it possible for the CTM to partially fail?

Thanks,
-Bill

i think what you said is correct, the CTM seems to be a large probem and yes it can partialy go out...
