Default Running power from batter to cab

Anyone know the best way to run 20 amps from the battery to the cab for a radio?

There is a grommet that goes into the cab be the steering colum. I poked a small hole and forced an 8ga power cable thru it for my amp. I made it small so it would keep out water and cold air out (worked so far too by the way). Thought it was a good idea since my engine bay is always covered in mud

Ill try to take a pic tomorrow of it so you can get a good idea of where its at. Also what ga wire you running? i think my amp has one or two 15amp fused on it so i assume 10 or 8ga but im just wondering

There is two pass-throughs from the engine bay into the cabin - they're in each of the upper corners of the firewall. If you're running power from the battery for a radio it's best to push through the driver's side. The wire will come through the firewall around the top of the brake pedal.

i also used the rubber grommet under the steering column to run an amp wire through. just cut it open and run the wire through.

I used the hole for the throttle cable.
