P0132 (M) 1/1 O2 Sensor Shorted To Voltage Oxygen sensor input voltage maintained above normal operating range.

P0138 (M) 1/2 O2 Sensor Shorted To Voltage Oxygen sensor input voltage maintained above normal operating range

what is 1/1 and 1/2? driver side up and downstream?

 

Yes. Bank1, sensor 1 and bank 1, sensor 2. Check you wires to makes sure they didn't rub through and cross the heater 12v power with the signal. Wires OK, replace the sensors.
