Thats what I thought at first especially becuase compared to all the fluid that came out and all the manual called for but I added more and when the trans is up to operating temp and I check the level it seems to be in the clear. Also it seems to only do this when the fluid is cold

lets quit guessing, take it to a tranny shop, probably just a combination of things that are now evident with the clean fluid...
