Quick Opinion Needed For Possible Tire Purchase Tomorrow
I am looking at replacing Cooper All terrain tires that I have on my truck, P215/75R15 with a set of lightly used (about 80% tread left) 31x10.50x15 Goodyear Wrangler AT/S tires. Could buy them for $50 for the set as the guy just wants to get rid of them after sitting in his garage for a year. Are these decent tires?
I also found someone local with a set of Yokahoma Geolander AT tires, same size for $150. They have about 70% tread left and come on a set of Chevy Aluminum wheels, which I would sell for whatever I could get for them.
What are your suggestions for both sets of tires? I'd probably prefer the Geolanders over the Goodyears but for $50, it is hard to pass up.

my friend ahs teh same exact goodyears, he got stuck in a mudpit for 4 hours, where as i went through the same pit and got through fine, granted he hit the brake and got stuck in a hole but, those things wouldnt grip for ****
ya i like the goodyear MTRs that come on rubicons, at least for looks. But when i think goodyear i think of an average road/highway tire. At least average performance but high tread life and probably low noise as well.
I guess im up to $.04 now
