Default Anybody out playing in the snow yet with there trucks?

I was out in the Ram (with new tires) and had some fun blastin around but,..
I think I had a lot more fun in the Dakota do to the fact it re-acts a lot faster
for grip and turning in the snow compared to the Ram. The Ram seems like a
tank compared to the Dakota in my op.
We got about 5 inches then another two that night.
Not much compared to some of you guys but, I still had fun.

We got 4 - 6 inches here and I threw a couple sandbags in and had zero problems getting around. It was funny to see people in front wheel drive Hondas stuck in about 2 inches of snow........I just laughed and pointed as I went by
I am afraid to see what my mpg's are gonna be though with the colder weather and added weight.

Turn right, then left..to go right.

Imagine what a hand throttle and line-lock would be like in snow...

we got about 40" last week and I was out hitting 4-5' snow drifts and I just plowed through them and I already had to pull my buddys nasty out of the ditch already. I already have my first battle scar of the winter, I guess when I was going through the snow drifts I hit a hard chunk of snow and it hit pretty good and then I noticed that it flexed my front bumper cover good enough to make the paint go all spider webs on me on the one side. oh well, its not that noticable anyways.

During the week we got a couple inches of the slick stuff

driving through the parking lot of the golf club i had to drive around the valet entrance area,
so through the turn i keep pressure on the brake, turn left, hammer the gas, and like majic, the truck turns right!
held her sideways for a good 30-40 feet.
turn around,
try some more,
did a full 360 while still sliding forward that was a blast

What part of SLC? Im' in holladay. been out on a few trails on the Indian Rez in Ft Duchense, My fiancee is Ute native. went up to Odgen this weekend with a Jeep buddy and rode a short trail there. we lost power here for the whole weekend so there was not much else to do! I want a CJ!, he scooted up trails and snatched me twice to pull me uphill.

He belongs to a local jeep club and next weekend we are going down to Moab to play on the redrock.
