Default Trac-loc disc cracked

so I figured out I cracked the trac loc disks to the left side wheel on my '98 Dodge r/t and after a lot of searching, I can't find a replacement anywhere without buying a rebuild kit for close to $400. I read about a lot of people that have had this happen, and most ended up just transfering to Detroit Locker. I am lookin for a cheap fix for now, since money tight, so does anyone know where I can get a kit that had the clutch disks and perhaps even spider gears? My friend jsut did this on his Jeep and the kit was only $140, but i can't find the same kit for my truck anywhere.

find a 9.25 rear with trac loc at a junkyard and you'll be all set.

I found a Powertrax No-Slip Locker for Chrysler 9.25 LSD. i e-mailed the retailer and he said the original purchase was for a Dakota, and he said it will fit and 9.25 with an OEM limited slip differential. Does anyone know it if will fit easily into my truck without much or a problem?

I don't much about how easy it is for the 9.25 LSD to install. But I put one in my 9.25 open differential in less than a half hour. All I had to do was remove the the spider gears and put the Power Trax in their place.
