Default ABS

Recently replaced my speed sensor. I have seen it decribed as difficult to get to and dealer part for the speed sensor. I found my sensor on ebay for about 23 bucks with shipping. As far as install, the easy way for me was to1st block front wheels and raise the rear end fairly high. Place jackstands on the frame lower truck on to the stands. This allows the axle to drop and still gives you enough room to get under the truck. I worked from the front of the diff to get to the sensor. It was either a 12 or 14 wrech, unloosen and pull the old one out. Install push in as far as you can probably will go half way. When you tighten it with the wrench it will go the rest of the way. Now for the bad. Prior to doing this, I got tired of hearing that ring so I kind of, well hell whith it I pulled the buzzer off of the, well you know the box located on the left kick panel. I can defenitly feel the difrence in braking, I know the ABSis working, I unplugged the negative on my batterybut the light is still flashing. I have put about 300 miles since.
