sound system problems

ok so I was messin around in my 99 R/T today and I have a sony 1200 watt amp with a 1300 watt sonysub. ok yea its hooked up just fine but I was cleaning out the truck and I gues I pulled on the wires, not that any came unplugged or any rips, but out of no where my bass sounddrops so bad I could still hear it bump, but the sound was sooo faint, any one know what could have happend??? pleas an thank you

You may have pulled loose the remote turn on for the amp. If you can see the amp, see if there are any lights on it.

Not sure if you could still hear anything with the amp turn off, but maybe.

that happened with the system in my jeep once i just took all the wires off of the amp and put them back on and it worked again? i dont know if it helps but i always put the negs on the amp for the speakers first then the pos i had to do it once to get it bumping right again and it seemed to work. idk if any of this will work but it seemed to have for me. good luck

I dont think I did pinch any think, the amp turns on and seems to be wired fine but still not as good as it once use to be.
