Default Little Rumble

So as im drivin I have my foot on the gas and my other foot just left of the brake pedal. I start to feel something rumble from underneath. It kinda sounds like metal grinding on metal. It gets progessively louder as it goes on. Only for about 30 second though. Im not so sure as to whatit is. Just sounds weird. It just goes GRRRRRRRRRRR and the rumble gets more intense. Then starts to quiet down.

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Check your tranny oil. The converter is right below your feet, and maybe it's starting to go.

I just had a rebuilt transmission put it not to long ago. Maybe a few months. I checked the oil and its a little darker red. Not like the crisp kinda red it usually is when you put it in at first. Just a little bit darker.
