Most people when they put systems together, they would mount it right next to the speakers, and amp.... which means you would have to try to find room somewhere in the back seat!

 

but having an acid battery in the cab is a no no. Now an optima is different, that can go in a cab if put in a proper compartment and you find a restraint system that will hold a 60 pound battery down in a wreck. Have you tried a 2F capacitor yet?

 

put it in the box

 

put in a cai and maybe put the battery where the old air box was.then you ncan more easily run cables to keep the battery charged.

 

... you runing a 10,000 watt system or somthing, i realy dont see a need... use caps, and get a beefey alternator
