The pitch of my horn has changed and gotten way to quiet, it sounds muffled. is there anything to do that will bring my sound back or should i just replace it?

and if i replace it what are some good aftermarket horns?

 

could be that water got inside... and I'd go for an air horn. On you tube there's videos of crazy loud train horns... just a thought

 

how do i hook up an air horn under my hood?
