Default RE: removal of bugflector II??

If you are refering to the shield that uses double sided adhesive tape to adhere, I use 3M General Purpose Adhesive cleaner, Part Number 0551135-08984. It is a red and white can. It comes with a 2" spout. I squirt the cleaner behind the bug deflector , let it sit for about 10 minutes, then repeat doing the same. This will allow the solvent to saturate the tape. Start at one of the ends and slowly pull the shield loose. After the shield is off, use a soft rag saturated in the solvent to clean off glue. This stuff iis paint friendly, we even use it as bug and tar remover.
