Default rough idle 3.9 dak

Man.....I have had this ruff idle on the v6 for a while now.I finally put plugs and wires on it last weekend, and its still there.I was reading some posts on here about the o2 sensors needing to be cleaned but what exactly does that entail?Do I just pull it out and spray it with carb clean or what? Any help will be appreciated!!!!

What brand are they? OEM?
Might also want to clean out the TB and sensor attached to it. This will probably fix the idle.
