Default factory speaker sizes?

i have a 99' extended cab. did a search on here and on various websites but couldnt findmuch on factory sizes...from what i got on here i guess the front speakers are 6 1/2 rounds. are the rear speakers the same size? are the door tweeters pretty standard sizes? i dont want to go buy the wrong sizes before i rip out all the panels to replace them...thanks for any help

i also am thinking of putting a CB in the factory stereo hole along with a new deck. does anyone know if this will fit without cutting anything?

mine were all 6.5's so that will fit and unless you got a really skinny CB i dont think that it would fit there without some type of customizing. because the mount that you would use to mount an aftermarket head unit centers it in the middle.

thank you!! i thought they were all 6 1/2's but thought id ask just to make sure. wasnt sure about the CB thing either. i dont mind seeing if someone could customize a dash kit to make a deck and a CB fit in the factory spot or not. i definatly dont want to ct the dash at all tho. i have a CB but dont know where to put it so it doesnt look bad or its not in the way...any ideas or help would be appreciated...

They are actually an oversized 6.5" or 6.75" actually, but a 6.5" will fit. They also make ana adapter so the bolt holes will line up too.
