Default Accessory questions

I have a '04 Dakota Quad Cab. A frind had an '00 Durango. He had taken off a brush guard and sid I could have it. Will it fit my Dakota without a lot of trouble?

I bought my truck used. It came with a hard tonneau cover. The cover has 3 doors, 2 in front like a tool box and 1 larger in the rear.
The cover is going to be in my way before too long and I have thought about selling it.
Is this something people might be interested in buying, or should I just lean it up in my backyard?

I can't find a name on it. It has 2 large diameter tubes in front with smaller- 1"? tubes going around the headlights and smaller wire running across the headlights. The mount are flat pieces of steel that appear to reach under the bumper going through 2 openings. The other mount bracket I can't figure out where it attaches.
It looks a lot like a pic I found of a Westin Sportsman.
The friend who gave this to me isn't known to have ever bought anything that was cheap. He has mounts in his gun room from his African safaris instead of typical deer mounts. If that helps narrow it down.

Westin Sportsmanbrush guardfor 1998-2003 Durango, Part #45-0140. Same brush guard for 1997-2004 Dakota part #45-0140. I think that means it will fit ? There are two differentinstallationmanuals for that brush guard, but their relatively the same. There not to bad to put on, but make sure you pull the fuse on the air bags, "located on left side of dash fuse box". You have to loosen the bumper, and don't want any surprises. The bottombolts to the bumper brackets, and on theupright plates below the lower tube, there are brackets that bolt to the bumper mount bracket behind the bumper, and the guard. I have installation instructions, "both sets" on PDF, send me your email andI'll email them to you.
