1.6 is the stock ratio rocker, the only difference is that the 1.6 harland sharp's have a roller tip... you might get a minimal gain. If you plan on doing a cam swap later on, get the 1.6 rockers because they wont hit the valve covers. If you dont plan on doing a cam swap get 1.7 rockers. Basically what 1.7's do is emulate having a hotter cam without actually doing a cam swap.

My stage one manifold came from www.hughesengines.com it costed me 400$ plus a 300$ core. It isnt really anything that special unless you're planning on doing a few mods like a cam swap. The only reason I have one is because I accidentally butchered my stock manifold and it wouldnt seal right. The stage one manifold has 14' runners which are about 3' shorter than stock... basically losing you low end but gaining you high end. Not good if you're looking for mileage.

As far as MPG's I cant really give you a good number, I'm not one to baby my truck and since I just did a few mods i've always got my foot in it. If i drive what i consider to be "conservative" I can get about 16 mpg city/highway mixed. I can tell you that one time i got 26 mpg while going 70 with the cruise on for about 300 miles without stopping.

you wouldnt have to do anything extra. Just bolt them in and go, the ECM will re-learn everything.

Default 1993 dodge Dakota 3.9 v6 throttle body swap

You will need to change your throttle cable though because the ends are different. I ordered my throttle cable through www.dodgeparts.com it was like 30$ brand new and shipped. The last time I checked you could get the 1.7 rockers from www.summitracing.com just do a make and model search. It doesnt matter if you buy ones that are listed for the 5.2/5.9 they are the same, but you will get charged more because of the 4 extra rockers. Make sure you get the non adjustable ones unless you feel like screwing around with getting them just right forever.
I have a 1993 dodge Dakota with a magnum 3.9 v6 engine. Does your recommendation of swapping the throttle body to a v8 throttle body and the 1.7 RR still apply to my truck? If yes, what years v8 throttle body and RR would fit my engine? Thank you in advanced.
