Default Terrible sqeaking!!

My '97 Dakota 3.9 squeaks uncontrollably on the drivers side. The right side has already been fixed. After dropping the front end, we saw the the black insulator on top of the coil spring had cracked, bent, etc. Replaced that....still squeaks on passengers side. New coil springs and another insulator, problem resolved. Now the left hand side has started. Dropped front end and replaced insulator, 3 days later sqeaking so bad I can feel it through the floorboard on my left foot. Do I have any other options besides another new insulator and coil spring to make this stop?
