cab corner replacement?
i was in an accident recently and the corner of my cab got crunced pretty well
as it seems to me, the cab corner may be harder to replace than originally thought....
has anybody had to do this?
i may be able to get an entire cab, but the $ is not gonna be there to get it any time soon.
and i can't really afford to be without my truck
i can get pics if it would help.

at this point that'd be the easy way,
the damage however, is in such a way that a new piece may not be able to be welded in
it's right at the body mount. i'm gonna have a friend of mine come over and we're gonna take the bed off and get an official look. maybe get it to a shop and ask them what it would take

its not really that hard to do if you have a welder. just yank the bed off and trace out the new cab corner, then cut inside the line about 1/4" (just so you dont cut too much out) and tack weld it in. I have to do rockers on my 90 dak. aslong as you take your time, it should turn out good.
