My air/heater switch only works on "High". It will not work in any other mode. Any suggestions on a fix?

Also, today the heater stopped blowing hot air out - only cold air, which almost feels like the A/C is on but it's not.

heater resistor. for the fan speeds, dodge dakotas and durangos are notorious for them.

 

Yep, what he said. I had a buddy change one in his Durango. Cost about $15 and took 15 minutes.
