Default Fuel lines leaking

My truck sat on grass for a while, fuel line rusted out. I want to replace the whole thing with perhaps braided line because it seems like the easiest way (though I'm not set on this decision). Can anyone tell me what I'll need for hose size, connectors, etc? The truck isn't at my house right now so I can't go and look.

i cant answer all your questons. but someting you need to watch is the pressures the system , the new hose has to be ratted for the pressures in the system. if you find a good parts house they should be able to help you. is there a mopar club in your area?

I have no idea. This truck was an inheritance, not something that I would normally be driving. I am going to try calling Summit Racing today and see if they can help me.

Just called and the guy said he needs to know the tube size, so I guess I will have to measure that today, unless someone here knows. He says the connectors will all have to be converted but wouldn't give me any more info without the tube size.

Why dont you just measure the piping inside diameter and go down to a local auto parts store. There you will be able to get all of the needes fittings and correct hard lines. They will most likely let your borrow/rent the bender and you can do all of the routing yourself.

I could try that but I am not confident in my ability to do that. I suppose the first step is finding out how much of the line is bad. I am leaving work early today to go take a look.
