Oh dont you worry thats high on the list i just dont have the money for that. Tho i might see what they have for axels at the junkyard too. Not like it will go bad i will just have to keep an eye on it so it doesnt rust to death

Plus i need to find a shop that can do it for me being that i wouldnt know where to start short of ripping out the IFS. And it needs to be done right because its my only vehicle at the moment.

Hmm, the parts book I was looking at said 11". My bad.

So I can use the rear disc setup off an R/T or Durango so long as I change the proportioning valve? Not cutting or welding brakets? I don't have a welder at my shop yet unfortunately. What about the master cylinder? If I'm going to be upgrading brakes and such it would make sense that I'd want a larger MC. Will anything larger from a different platform bolt up? What are my options for the front short of spending a ton of money of a brake package and keeping it within my 16" wheels?

musta been a typo....gnome probably wrote it
the brackets should bolt up,
you don't need a new valve, but you will need an e-brake cable.
you won't need a new MC as far as i've found out.
make sure you measure, i think the newer discs are too large to fit with the 16's, but i'm not 100% on that

The typo would be ok if i did it, i have a disclaimer in my sig for that reason gnome cant spell ya know. I think its genetic.... (tho i JUST noticed a spell check in that there bar...)

This is a great time for me to learn of this too. Im hoping to get a project car (just a daily with better highway driving for now) so this swap just jumped up my list of things to investigate. AND i am having some issues with my drums so they might just lose in the near future (if all goes well that is).
