so ive decided to do full exhaust on my lil dakota.......its a 3.9 auto 4x4. Has anybody ever seen or bought headers for a 3.9? i havent seen any ever, so i've decided they arent manufactured............so the only option i can think of is to buy a set for a 5.2 and hack off the back primary tube and patch it up.......what are your thoughts and input on this

 

shopheaders.com or ebay. The v6 ones are pricier, but im sure if you cut one off it would mess up the structure of a header and defeat the purpose....

 

JCWhitney has them, Gibson makes headers for a 3.9 but i think they are only for a 2x4, not a 4x4. you can call them to see if they have them because they dont show on the website...

 

Ya you can get Headers for the 3.9 on Ebay for about $295. Not sure what brand but i know they out there. just do a search for 3.9L headers and they will come up.
