Default Knocking sound coming from Engine...

For some time now i've been noticing this knocking sound coming from my enging.. Mostly during Idle, but you noticing also while driving... I've been told that I needed to replace the Lifter(Lash Adjusters)... Anyone have any input on this, or can comfirm it's the Lifters.. Also if it is the Lifters anyone know a good website where I can purchase them for a good price??? Thank you.

I had the same thing on my truck a couple of months ago. Took it to the shop because it was under warrenty and it ended up being the timing chain was streched. Apperently this happens when you hit some where around 75,000 miles. I think it cost the warenty company about 650.00 to have it done. Hope this helps. Josh
