Default Dropped doors

The drivers door on my 2004 quad cab is dropped almost to the point where it hits the latch when closing. If you put a bit of weigh on it while closing it won't close.

Can I replace just the pins in the hinges like the old chevy's or do I have to replace each hinge?

Go to a parts store like pep boys, advanced, auto zone, and look under their help section. All the packages will be red with help on them. Pep boys has a large selection. They have the door pin kits there. I know you can get them for theup to 96 models. The parts desk will have a catalog that will tell if they are available for your 04. Every oil change,I WD40 mine, then spray white grease on them. The grease goes on liguid, then turns thick. The Wd40 cleans the old grease off.

Pins and bushings. Should be able to just get a kit. Hinge Halve assemblies are usually spot welded to the door and Cab, or bolted. Pins and bushings are commonly replaced items.
