ok i have a 99 2wd sport 3.9. the speedo don't work below 30-35mph, i have put a new sensor in and still have the problem. i need to get this thing inspected and this throws a code, in NY that's enough to fail it. what could be the problem? i see the daks have electronic gage clusters, and know from exp that cracked solder on the back can cuse this in the neons, might try reflowing the points, but wanted to tap the knolage well first. any ideas?
