I have a 2004 Dakota Quad with 63000 miles and the Headliner is slowly falling down. I visited my local Dodge dealer and they said sorry for my luck. Has anyone had this problem. I have it tacked up as to drive it. Could not believe Chrysler Corp just sticks their nose up on it.

 

Why would they do anything it is not under warenty(unless you have a extended bumper to bumper warenty)?

My truck is 8 years old and know problem and has never stayed in a gerage.

 

I do have a extended warranty but it does not include the cosmetics as the dealer refered to it as. Only operational equipment and since the headliner does NOT effect the operation of the Dodge ( I have it tacked away from my head ) Their you have it. My first Chrysler vehicle and do no NOT see another in the future.

 

I would go back and tell them that. A 4 year old vehicle is not supposed to detiorate that soon. That really sucks about the dealer they can be PITAs
