I may be wrong here, and by all means, someone chime in if so.....but you might have to replace the whole bed. No? I would say just search the local bone yards....

The only place I know of so far to get replacement body panels for the dakota is through a dodge dealer. I have been looking for a after market door skin for mine for a while with no luck. I have seen a few bedsides, cab corners and rocker panels on ebay but not very often.

dave, where you located?
i'm replacing my bed soon, the drivers side is still good.
I can cut it off for you.

the bed sides can be replaced, but nobody makes them, you'd need to cut it off a junker,
my bed is too far damageed to be repaired

Not True about production of panels. There is a panels place that my dad (owns his own repair shop) goes for panels. They do get stamped bedsides, but they're hard to find, and the bed normally has to be taken to a body guy to get it to look right. It is easier just to find a used bed.

depends on the damage, i know a guy who did a dakota bedside in just a few hours.
but mine, has a slight fold in the floor, not worth trying to fix, the structure is messed up
