turn bulb replacment

i got all silverstar bulbs for my 00 dakota and i cant getto the turn signal bulb on the side and front...i see that there a hex screw up front and i was wondering how to replace then bulbs????

If you take that Torx screw out...I think its a t-10...the turn signal assembly will swing out and you can get to the bulbs
