Default lube locations

does anyone know where allthe grease nipples are? i found 3 on each side...1 on each side of the tie rod and one on what looks like the lower ball joint...are there more than that to lube? are there any spots on the steering?

if anyone has a link to a diagram that would be helpful...thanks!!

You know...now that you have raised the question...I wonder where they are too. I have a squeeky balljoint that is driving me nuts. I just haven't had the chance to get off my *** and crawl under there. lol

Surely someone knows something.....

i have noticed little squeeks when i pull into the carport and didnt think much of it, trucks have little noises like that when they get older i guess, but ihappened to be under the truck yesterday and noticed the seals on the lower ball jointsnearly flat like there wasntmuch grease in them so i started feeling around for a grease fitting that was covered in muck lol. then i started looking for other ones and found 3 on each side but id like to know if there are more. i remember reading there is one on the steering linkage but dont know where that is either...

wish I could help you out. I would suggest getting a Haynes manual, if you haven't already.
