Header Flange
Just installed newstainless shorty headers, Got new exhaust on, now the passenger side header flange rubs my frame most of the time when I accelerate. I got underneath, and looked, there is a little clearance between the flange and frame, but you can see where it comes over and rubs, anybody have any ideas on how to fix, thanks

Mine did that also. What I did may not be the best idea but it worked just fine with no ill effects,..
I raised the truck up with my floor jack then, took a 2x2 cut at about 2 ft and stood it on end under the
floor where the flange was rubbing. Lowered the truck slowly so the 2x2 flexed the floor up less than a
1/4'. When I released pressure by jacking back up on the truck, the floor flexed back half that but, it was enough
for the header flange to stop rubbing.
